For preschoolers I think you would need no more than 2-3 kids per adult. I think 5 is probably the youngest you could attempt 10:1. But if you set up the bases and uprights preschoolers might be able to weave them with raffia.

oh katherine! these are spectacular!! my first reaction is…oh i want to try this at my preschool, but then reality sets in…trying this x ten sounds impossible…but i am definitely going to do this with my boys-thanks!
