About
I’m currently transitioning from being a computer scientist working in image processing (helping computers understand the visual world), to being a full time play-at-home mom, and having a great time. I’ve always been a geek and an artist, from loving to program and sew doll clothes in elementary school to majoring in computer science and mathematics at Carnegie Mellon while finding time for an art minor in sculpture.
I love everything tiny and boxes to hide them in. I also love Japan and zakka, have too many (and not enough) Japanese craft books, have been to Japan twice, and speak barely enough Japanese to get into trouble, and definitely not enough to get out.
