Green Spark Farm

Last week we helped out on Auntie M’s farm. We helped Mary and Austin harvest salad flowers, nasturtiums, borage (tastes like cucumber), pansies and marigolds. They are growing so many varieties of nasturtiums I’ve never seen! The deep red and, cream were really pretty. Jesse helped insulate their cold room, and then we harvested sugar snap peas.
