I found this really cute blog, The Story of a Princess and Her Hair, (Coincidentally she is also having a CSN giveaway right now), with all these amazing hair styles by a mom and daughter, and when I showed them to my daughter she actually let me brush her hair! And she actually sat through my braiding 8 tiny braids into her hair, and all the rest of it. All in the name of princesses. It came out pretty cute! And I realized all over again how miserable I am at dividing and parting hair. Rebecca’s hair has firm opinions about what direction it wants to go in, and down the back of her head a lot of it wants to go sideways rather than down, so it is very hard to part straight! Maybe I need a water spray bottle and one of those styling combs? I don’t know… maybe it would help if we just brushed it every day!

Add Yours →Emma and Lily’s hair definitely wants to go sideways, and Johnny’s wants to go straight forward.
I wonder if Emma would let me do her hair in anything other than pigtails after seeing that site. I’m not sure I want to go there, though; I just got Lily to join her in pigtails, and don’t want to mess with that happy trend!
gorgeous!
